JL and Wendy are amazing!!! JL helped us get a construction loan to build our dream house and then bent over backwards to get us the best rate for our permanent financing. Wendy was very responsive to all my questions and helped make things go as smoothly as possible right to the end. I have already referred a good friend to them who called me and said he has never had an easier time getting a loan with a good rate at the lowest costs he has ever paid. We will be back again soon using American Loans & Mortgage.

I have used Jason to refinance my house in the past. He usually tells you everything you need to know about your loan, and he is straightforward. I also noticed that Jason communicates effectively with you if you have questions, and he does not push to do your finance him if you are not hundred percent sure. I have enjoyed working with him, and if I need any future loan; definitely, I will go with him again.
