I hired an attorney, David Cohen, from Freeman Lovell to help with an important business transaction. I expressed my desire for the timeline of the transaction. David Cohen absolutely missed the timeline when it was verbally told to him and also written in an email. Although the transaction was executed, the terms of the timeline are one year off from the desired outcome. Incredibly disappointed! This transaction was the biggest business deal of my life to date. All trust was lost.
