I absolutely love working with Melanie! She was so good at communicating back and forth with me and was very easy to work with. I honestly had no clue what I was doing and she stepped in and gave me some advice and recommendations to help me get everything squared away. She is so quick to respond to my emails and stays on top of everything. I absolutely love working with her.

Melanie's Bookkeeping Essentials course really kick started my ability to complete my own bookkeeping. I started out with little knowledge of what bookkeeping actually was or even how to go about doing it, but this course helped me get a general foundation and overview of the process I should follow as well as the software that can be used in order to do my own bookkeeping as a small business owner. I especially loved that Melanie makes herself available to you as you start that process. I highly recommend this course for the novice bookkeeper!!

The Queen Small Business course was extremely helpful for a new entrepreneur like me that had absolutely no idea where to start with bookkeeping. I appreciated that there were multiple ways to learn the content, including video. I can now say that I will have so much more confidence at tax time knowing that my bookkeeping is organized and up to date thanks to this course. I also appreciated that Melanie Queen was very responsive with any questions I had. I absolutely recommend this course for anyone that may feel overwhelm when thinking about bookkeeping.

This course was really helpful in laying out to set up a bookkeeping system for my business. The videos and handouts were clear and easy to implement - even for someone who doesn't have a background in finance! Melanie was incredibly responsive both in time and quality.
