JODA Home Inspections

I used JODA based on recommendation from my realtor (Windmere real estate) and reviewed results remotely via FaceTime. I am buying from out of state but no issues Inspector was very very thorough, would strongly recommend for anyone looking to get an inspection in the Toelle area (not sure if they also do SLC or other areas but if so, give them at try). Note - Price was at the upper end of what web says an inspection costs but I added some extras like Raydon test and sewer scope so that was part of it. Also I feel like $$$ paid was worth it based on the level of detail done

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with the most comprehensive inspection and most thorough walk through after. Andrew was recommended by our agent, however, in no way did we ever feel that we was trying to push the sale through. He definitely takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure we were well informed about the state of the house. We will be using Andrew for all of our future inspections.
