        Insurance? Look elsewhere. Farmers has to be the bottom of the barrel when it comes to insurance. I was so sad when they bought MetLife. MetLife was awesome but when I was switched back to Famers after Farmers purchased MetLife I was right back to subpar service. Dont for a minute think you have an agent that will help you or even one you can talk to. Zero communication. I have never been so dissatisfied with an individual agent like this before. Look elsewhere if you are considering Farmers.

        We have worked with Stacy and her group for years, she never gave us any reason to be anything but happy until we actually needed them. I was hit by a girl who ran a red light, reached out to Stacy's office and they told us we needed to file a closing online. We filed a claim and nothing happened for weeks. We reached out to Stacy's office again for help and they told us they would follow up and get answers. Two weeks later and we still haven't heard from them. We reached out again and still no response. So sad to be treated like this from our own insurance company. Farmers you have lost a customer!
