Jose is AMAZING, hands down!!!!! Changed insurance agents since the previous one sucked @$$. Jose has gone over and above for me and my kids, up to and including helping me fight to get renters insurance cancelled due to previous agent not doing anything for me in regards to canceling renters insurance and ATV insurance even though I continually requested cancelation for 3 months after my divorce. Highly recommend Jose and Wasatch Insurance Advisors.

Started good but then I requested new quotes at the approaching the end of the car insurance policy and Jose never got back to me, I end up switching companies because of the lack of interests on his part. I requested to cancel the policy and he ignored me again and he never did it as I requested it through text and email. A month after I got notification from my bank that the renewal withdrawal was out of my bank account, I sent a text to Jose for an explanation and the lies and excuses begin. He blamed it on me even though I texted him and emailed him almost a month prior to the renewal date ( which he never replied to)asking to cancel the policy. He lied about Safeco needing to see the new policy in order to cancel the old policy, which I immediately called Safeco and they told me that was a lie from the agent ( Jose). They reversed the renewal and returned the money back. Because of his stupidity and lack of ethics for not canceling when I requested I needed to sent paperwork to the lender proving I had insurance and he immediately sent me to collections because there was a mixed up on some days. All this because he didnt do his job correctly, he just wanted to see the new policy just for his own sake not because Safeco needed it and that was his excuse for not doing his job. What a dishonest man! Save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else!

Jose Baeza is absolutly incredible when it come to all of your person lines of insurance. He was able to shop my home and auto and save me nearly $1000 a year while getting me more coverage. He's always there when I need a document or reassurance of my coverages.
