        Others have stated, but this isnt a bank. Its a glorified ATM. If you dont have a debit card with WF they cant help you. I wasted 20 minutes driving. The employees who staff the ATM were polite.

        Katie and Carlos provided amazing customer service to my aging mother who is a mortgage client with their bank. She was having an impossible time trying to call the general customer service line and understand her options over the phone being hard of hearing and when we called the local branch she was invited to come in person and they would help her navigate the calling tree and get to a person. They were wonderfully patient and knowledgeable and kind. It made all the difference.
