Richard is awesome! From our first conversation, he was very clear about the process to remove the family of raccoons living in our chimney. Was very happy with the service we received from Critter Wranglers. Richard is not only very knowledgeable regarding critters, but is professional and kind. We had some skunks that made a den under our back concrete pad. He provided great customer service to us and we would recommend Richard to anyone with a critter problem!
