Beware, I don't think this is a legit business or legit reviews. A Tristan Lessley canvased our neighborhood soliciting work by setting up free roof inspections. I made an appointment for the next day and he completely no-showed. Gave him a second chance and made an appointment for March 28, and he no-showed again. Haven't heard from him at all. Not a good sign. UPDATE: The owner immediately posted a response to this review, below, saying that they would contact me "first thing Monday morning". Of course I was not contacted first thing Monday morning. But, late that Tuesday afternoon Tristan stopped by unannounced. He apologized, begged for another chance, gave a new excuse for the second no-show (that I now don't believe) and promised $500 discount on their roof work if I'd remove the bad review. We gave in and allowed him to inspect our roof right then, and he called back a few days later with a quote for repair work and NO mention about the $500 discount he promised; when I reminded him, he said oh, that's only for a new roof, which I reminded him he did not say that when he asked for another chance. Then he asked if I want him to pay for the work out of his own pocket! Really?? I declined to have them do our work. So, when they get a bad review, they're going to respond, make up excuses and make you think they will give you a discount to remove the review. Shady company!!

Im glad to be apart of the Ascent family I cant say enough about the work these guys do. From sale to install, commutation made the whole thing smooth. Ill be giving referrals to my rep. Thank again guys for everything.

We were trying to purchase our home that we had been renting to own for the past three and a half years. We were four days away from closing and found out the roof had to be replaced. If we did not close by the deadline we were going to lose the home. It was a Fiday afternoon and we had to have a total roof replacement by end of day Monday. I called in and spoke with Amber, she and her husband own the business. She was very reassuring and told me she was pretty sure they coul do it. She sent their estimator out. His name is Jackson. Great young man! Very polite and positive. He reassured me that they should be able to make it happen as long as the weather did not interfere. Sure enough, their crew was there at 7:30 am sharp Monday morning. They dropped a dumpster in our driveway and 8 guys were up on the roof, shoveling snow and tearing off the shingles. As they were finishing the demo on the roof, another crew showed up and started the install. They worked like a well oiled machine. They wrapped everything up as it started to get dark. It was very impressive. Jackson came right after the crew started in the morning, I'm assuming to check on them. He assured me they would finish by dark. He came again around noon to see how the job was coming along and then he was there when the job was complete. I am so grateful. They are a great family owned company with fantastic work ethic, great employees and integrity. They kept their word and at the last minute baled us out of a dire circumstance. They saved our home for us. I cannot say enough about this company and everyone I dealt with. Thank you Amber and Jackson! We owe you a great debt of gratitude.
