I had my car repaired at SLC , picked it up drive it for a few days , maybe a week . Called to tell them about my steering. I felt like it was off . I spoke to Jenny on 6-14 she stated that Austin would call . I left another message . As of today 6-30 I have not heard from them . There is a life time warranty on there work . I have to give 5 Stars to Service King for their service- A Friendly hello from the staff makes a huge difference in this world.I want to really give these stars to General Manager, for taking the time to call me and have a conversation with me on regards my needs. I appreciate service King going above and beyond my expectations.Service Kings cares to do what is right for its customers this has been a great experience.
