I had a horrible experience yesterday with this company. They came out through my home warranty company and informed me, that I needed to replace my furnace. The person who came out was great. I said, Ok im fine with this, then I am informed about a miscellaneous fee of over 500 dollars, so I called and I asked if there will be an itemized invoice showing what I am paying for. His response was your itemized invoice is either I do the job or I don't. What kind of professional service is this?? I work with vendors everyday, I have not once ever had a owner of a company be so unprofessional and ignorant to me. His attitude and demeanor throughout the whole call was as if i was borhering him. All because I wanted to see what I was paying them for? That's not to much to ask. Here I am stressed and worried because they are telling me we will have no heat until Tuesday when they can schedule me in, and then they treat me like this. Mind you, of the cold Temps and I have a 4 story home. 5 days of no heat is crazy. This is our first time replacing a furnace, so of course we are wanting to know what we are getting for our dollars. I will never call them again, nor use their services, and I will make sure my friends and family dont either! Very rude and unprofessional on every level. I Called another company and they are installing our furnace today.
