Got charged a $475 per hour since it was the weekend. If I wanted to use camera it was an extra $300 on top of that. Nothing was fixed at my place and was told to contact my builder. Fees are just over the roof insane. I'll never call them again.

Bad public drivers. They dont care about public image and probably dont care about your plumbing needs either

Todd and crew came quickly and seemed to do a good job of repairing the main water line to the house. However they left a huge mess with my lawn. There was a huge mound of dirt over the line they fixed with 2 deep ruts on either side. For 4500 they should have fixed the line and left my lawn in pristine condition. I'm older and I shouldn't have to spent days leveling the ground and buying sod to fix their mess. In the mound there was grass clumps on top of grass clumps so they weren't careful about placing the grass. With the crew they had they could have easily leveled the ground and carefully replaced the grass. They didn't care and left a huge mess. I complained to Todd and he did nothing. If you want your lawn ruined, this is the crew for you. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
