Hi yall, Recently I went to J&J about a tree that isnt looking too happy. Brad at J&J recommended Taylor, owner of Tailored Tree Care. I reached out to him and guess what, he called me back!! So many times recently you call a service and get no service. Maybe youd get I will call you back which never happens. Taylor and I talked about the trees conditions, he made recommendations which I truly appreciated and offered to pay him but he asked for a review instead. Its not often that a professional gives you valuable time and knowledge and doesnt expect something in return. An honest review for his help is a fair deal, more than fair actually. Ive used another tree company for tree treatments for several years. But the immediate difference between these two companies is that I didnt need to wait one or two weeks to get a call back (or sometimes never) with Taylor from his company Tailored Tree Care. And sometimes, two weeks of waiting could mean things get worse for your tree(s), not better. I may have found a tree care company in Davis County (aka Northern Utah) that really prides itself in customer responsiveness and from what Taylor did over the phone with pictures and Q&A, at no cost, showed me he cares about helping people and loves what he does. Thats a great quality to establish a business relationship with from the beginning. I hope we can save this tree, only time may tell and Taylor offered to stop by just a few days after initiating our conversation to see if anything else needs to be done. Thank you Taylor!
