I asked to get a new micro waves mine all the paint is coming off and metal in showing under the plate, it's embarrassing. Never got the new microwave.!!!

I have lived here for just under a year. I love the apartment. The ladies in the office are always super nice and the grounds are kept very clean. Only downside is sometimes maintenance requests feel like they are missed or not followed up on very quickly. Other than that things are great.

Amazing property. location is convenient, office is very responsive, and maintenance is always on top of it. great experience.

One star for the simple fact of some of these reviews, and when I got approved... The stated and advertised move in special; suddenly vanished. It has me concerned with even following through with the lease at this point. 1800$ a month with a concern of hidden fees based of residents reviews. It's those kinds of tactics that break families trying to establish a foundation to build off. Also the Internet company contract lock shouldn't be a thing. If you have to pay for all other bills, can't we pay for a known reputable Internet provider, like Xfinity? Heartbroken and reconsidering.
