        Team initially did a great job but incorrectly put in the wrong layout in our laundry room and we've been waiting two years for them to come out and fix it. I contact them regularly only to be told "I'll get back to you soon". Once they've finished and been paid, no need to be helpful anymore.

        Due to the poor customer service of this company my family was delayed moving back into their home after a large fire by over 6 months. They were late on their promises then quit all together entirely delaying the project and allowing our family to rebuild after this traumatic experience. They were very unconcerned and rude overall; but we are really happy with the cabinets we found elsewhere and had a completed quality project in less than half the time. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation, Cabinet design, Cabinet installation
