Drain Kingz

Jake came all the way to Grantsville to hydro blast my drain, he was quick, thorough and efficient. He actually charged less than another quote. A different plumber came out twice and was unable to clear my drain. Jake did it in under an hour! I highly recommend Drain Kingz!

Jake at Drain Kingz was easy to communicate with to get the appointment and came out when he said he would. Said his pricing was "black and white" and proceeded to give me a bunch of numbers between $150 and $250. Ultimately though said the drain clear would be $300 so I am not thrilled I was charged $200/hr. I didn't have cash in hand so was sent an invoice via email and solicitation for a review. The very next day I was getting text AND email reminders for payment. (Also FYI card processing fees are passed on to you at 4%.) My invoice states the sewer to main line was scoped with pre & post video and pictures included. The clogged pipe was a tube to a channel drain in our driveway and was about 7ft long and you can see through it completely. So obviously it was not the sewer nor the main line and the scope was not done but it is what I was charged for...? As an added bonus it was explained to me how to take the grates off my drain, the very grates I took off to pressure wash the previous week. IDK if its my fault for not clarifying EVERYTHING or if their "black and white" business model is a little more grey than they think. But the unclear pricing + fees, asking for a review, repeated requests for payment after ONE day, etc. have left me feeling a bit irked with the situation. The drain is cleared now though so I guess that is something.

I had a clogged mainline, and Jake came quickly and took care of the problem for me. Im very grateful that he came as quickly as he did. I hope I never have the same kind of issues but if I do I know who to call.

He did a great job.. he was honest and fair and wanted to do a good job. I hope I never have to use him again, but I will call him first if I have to.

Jake's very responsive and personable. I highly recommend him. He came on very short notice and quickly solved my problem. He then went above and beyond by diagnosing the full cause and making sure there weren't any other looming issues. I'll call him again!
