Friendly guys, very helpful and straightforward. The whole situation went well from the Friendly woman who helped me set the appointment to the installation of our new water heater. I payed the exact quote I was given. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Came out within the hour- let me know exactly what the problem was. And had everything done within an hour. He was super courteous, and professional. And left detailed information about what he did in case I need to know if there is a problem that might come up in the future. I would definitely use them again for any heating/air needs. And also kind to my dog. Will also be recommending them to anyone who needs someone!!

We had new cabinets installed in our home and when the guys were taking out the old stuff they found leaky valve. Was able to call J&M and they came out the same day to get its closed off so we could get the water back on. Then they came back when everything was done and installed new valves and got everything hooked back up. Would definitely recommend using them.
