Two things reign supreme with Ryan. Firstly, he gets the job done... I honestly don't know how he does it, but he's helped several of my clients get their loan approved when nobody else could. Secondly, Ryan is the king of follow-up... and he does it in a soft, yet bold way without being obnoxious like so many others.

Ryan is a great manager we have been with him going on 4 years, if there is anything we need he will address it in a timely fashion and he has always respects our privacy, we had only expected to stay one year, but due to finances and unforeseen circumstances we have been with him going on our 4th year and hes been nothing but amazing to our family and works with us all the time, hes an amazing manager and we are very grateful for him!
