Let's Play Soccer at Gardner Village

First of all this place needs to be closed by the state, its hard to breathe and definitely not a place to do sport !!! Second the management is awful! They dont care about you besides your money! We payed more than a 100 each to play a soccer league, first game I did a foul, nothing crazy! They suspended me for 4 games out of 10 total! I wouldnt write this if it was unfair it my foul was dangerous or hurt someone. I would give 0 start if I could. Go play at the park

Facility is fine. Fields are nice. Staff is alright so far, though they seem like theyre annoyed to be there. A few hidden fees that you won't see at other indoor facilities in the area. Expect every player to pay an extra $30 on top of league fees and ref fees. Our first game, the ref was atrocious, but the second game was better. The scheduling sucks though. The rule that teams are subject to playing 2 out of 8 games on Saturday or Sunday is a joke... We're paying for day-specific leagues. In their defense, they state that on the website, but it's still a big inconvenience for how much they charge. Overall, it's an OK experience, but they could do a lot better.

Lets Play Soccer at Gardner Village is the WORST! They are extremely unorganized, you cannot get a hold of them by phone and when you do they are not helpful. It is staffed by a bunch of teenagers or young adults who mean well but really dont have any answers and can only help in VERY limited ways. They dont include ref fees in the registration so you will need to bring money for the refs every game. Some of the refs are not great to put it mildly. Website is not intuitive they dont make fees clear, and worst experience of all is when I did manage to get a hold of someone to let them know 2 weeks prior to a game, that our team was going to be out of town so we needed to cancel. They indicated they got the message and that was all I needed to do. When we showed up to our next game they insisted that we pay $30 in ref fees because we didnt show up and they couldnt reschedule. I was pretty livid but ultimately I did not want to penalize our players so I paid the fee so that they were allowed to play the game. Just terrible customer service. They are NOT the only game in town go somewhere else if you dont want to deal with this aggravation!
