I love Starbucks. I always get the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. IT'S SO GOOD!!!

Got the lavender matcha, cup is 2" away from full, and I didn't see the purple lavender layer at all. I asked them where was the lavender, " oh, it's mixed in there". No, you're not supposed to do that. They took away my joy of eating the lavender cream. I got one before from the Starbucks across the street and everything was perfect. Will never order anything here again, ruined my day

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the staff is phenomenal. They are so great at delivering a personal touch and remembering my order and asking about my kids, even remembering their names. I really appreciate Kayla and how genuine she is when she thanks me for coming and says see you tomorrow! I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Despite not having a drive through Ill continue to make this my choice Starbucks because of the staffs touch and preciseness is making me drink accurate every time. Thank you Kayla and team!
