Great stay, very clean and comfortable hotel. Home2 suites hotels are our usual go to, as we travel all over the US constantly. Live the views from the hotel of the mountains, staff is nice, and the location is very very quiet. Also love that there is no smoking with 25 ft of the hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with the Hilton hotel's decision to cancel my reservation just a week before our stay simply because we live within a 50-mile radius. Not only was this policy not clearly communicated during the booking process, but the representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the situation. As a loyal member of the Hilton rewards program for over 20 years, I expected better treatment and transparency. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will be exploring other hotel options in the future.

We booked a stay at this hotel but the reservation was canceled a week before due to us living within a 50 mile radius. We had this reservation for over a month with no mention of the so called policy. We called the hotel and the front desk was no help, the only insight was saying that locals tend to do drugs and mess up the rooms (which who knows how well they clean the rooms after). We later called Inn property management of Provo (who owns the franchise) just for the woman to yell sue me and what do you want me to do back. They were incredibly rude, no one should stay in this hotel!
