Both doctors Ive seen did not even remember seeing me the first time (both had done work on me within months of the second meeting
Scheduled an appointment to get my extractions and implants done at the same time with the call center and it wasnt until my teeth were pulled that the office told me they have an independent oral surgeon for implants, and hes only there once a month (not the day I scheduled) and that he also didnt even take my insurance
They made me a temporary denture that didnt fit, called me to come back the following day (I live an hour and a half away) and the denture still did not fit with my bite. And instead of a new denture the solution is to grind my bottom teeth down to make the denture fit. Which at the end was ALSO UNSUCCESSFUL
Ive been asked by the same doctor more than twice now if I wanted implants, every time Ive said yes and he cant get it straight.
The lack of organization here is unreal. Im 6 hours in the car and over $800 in with litterally no front teeth to show for it.
