Pauline and her crew are the BEST in the business! Im from out of state and my car broke down today. By luck, the tow truck brought me here. They took my car in right away and got to work! More importantly, I was alone, and she made me feel right at home. I was at the shop for 5 hours. She bought me lunch and kept me company. I cannot say enough about this place. If i lived closer, they would be my go to car mechanic.

Honestly, Ive been a couple of times now and have had good experiences. They always seem to be pretty transparent and when faced with charging me for something I feel they try to soften the blow to the wallet in any way they can. Its a bit off the beaten path at the very edge of town though so if you need to have your car worked on for a while and dont have a ride, unless you want to walk the busy nearby highway youre kind of stuck there for the duration. They do offer coffee and water and WiFi/chargers, along with a tv though so its relatively painless.

Great service, we were low on oil and VIP got our oil changed quickly and professionally. Very helpful and reasonable price. The store waiting room is also very nice. Thanks again!

Ive been going to VIP in Bennington since they opened this location. Always professional service and clear explanation of the options, the work to be done, and the cost. Pauline at the front desk makes the whole process seamless and stress free. Thank you!
