Since Peoples United was taken over by MT Bank, my personal experience has been frustrating to say the least.
To gain access to my accounts on line, they continue,time and time again to require security measures and questions, email sent codes,etc.. I complained by telephone to their customer Service line and the girl laughed at me and stated there was nothing they could do about it.
I am totally fed up with this Bank. They are nothing close to People's United was.
I am searching for another bank this coming week. Bigger is not better in this case. They simply failed to do this seemless. I have visited the branch bank twice to get results. The branch manager was very good, Antonio ??, but the on-line situation is terrible for me. Bye for me. After ironing out simple problems with the transitioning, it now seems to be a very nice Bank. I am staying. I think I didn't allow them enough time to merge. I'll admit I was too hasty.
