I have autism and adhd and this hands down was the best dentist I have been to. I needed A LOT of work done, no one made me feel awful because of it. He took care of me so fast I was shocked. No one was rude in the slightest and I left feeling so grateful that I called. They got me in for an appointment the same day I called. Absolutely incredible, and everyone was so nice! Highly recommend, cannot wait to get my kids and partner in as well

Called in to let the office know I would be a few minutes late and the office staff was extremely rude when I went inside. One was even on a personal call! They made me reschedule the whole appointment.

Dr Alexander has been repeatedly rude to both patients and coworkers. he repeatedly insults his coworkers while he has tools in your mouth. He also will ask you questions like "what country has the best dental care in the world?" and wont take his tools out of your mouth until you garble "america". I have met many disrespectful dentists but Dr Alexander takes the cake. He would rather use his patients to inflate his ego than provide any sense of comfort.

So I dont like doing this but this is the 3rd time Ive see. Dr Alexander and he is the rudest most incompetent dentist Ive ever seen. My teeth needed a lot of work first visit was supposed to be so he could check them out found out I needed some extractions and filling became furious when I told him I didnt have time that day I had to go back to work basically sat there while he treated me like a complete idiot and sissy for having to wait a week when I could take the time off of work basically not letting me say no so round 2 had a extraction schedule went there and to my surprise the he is such a jackass abuses his staff whos only trying to help and treats people who dont have 10k sitting in a bank account like their less than human, round 3 hoping maybe he was just having a bad day I went their recently because a tooth abscessed and I truly couldnt believe the things he was saying to his staff again. This is abuse I dont know if hes had a mommy who left him alone or something but he hates woman he wont talk to a man like that but he sure as hell gives it to the woman hes rough mean and Ill never go back there. If he was gone I would but until then nope Ill suffer in pain.
