Justin, I am sorry for your experience at the restaurant. I called you but your phone went right to voicemail. I left a message to no avail. I will try you both again tomorrow. Your girlfriend called in a large Pepperoni pizza. To follow when she came in after reviewing the audio and video she said "I had a large pizza for Rachel"And our staff member said "for who sorry?" She replied "under Rachel large Pepperoni." We also reviewed the phone call of the conversation where we offered to make you another pizza even though this was not our mistake. It wasn't resolving anything for you you just kept getting more irritated. We offered to fix it and it could have been as simple as that. Sometimes things like this happen and we make mistakes but this was not the case here but yet you were still offered another pizza. The conversation continued to frustration levels after we had already offered a solution. Although I cannot post these video and audio clips online and wouldn't I would be happy to share them with you and Rachel. I can give you both a call tomorrow. You could have called me directly your mom and brother, cousins all know how to get in touch with me. I would not have had a problem with that.
