I have been a customer for 34 years and like to deal with a family-run business that can give you practical pointers and cares about their customers. They just completed a complicated job for me. Jesse and Brandon worked well together and very hard on the first part. Then Brandon came back two more days to complete it, showing perseverance and a high personal standard of perfection, as if he were doing the work for his own house. I couldn't be happier.

Bought a ladder didn’t have the proper screws. I didn’t know put it in my pool after I just put a new liner in and it rubbed my brand new liner. When I reached out to you. Your reply is oh sorry we can sell you a repair kit. You have lost by Business forever. All over a $150.00. Tried to Shop local.

Purchased a pool package. Told it would be in on Thursday. I called store to check and call went to voice mail during business hours. Called Friday, and same thing. I went to store on Saturday and was told it would be in Monday. Called several times on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, same thing each time voice mail! Still have not received a response to my messages. May cancel purchase at this point.

This is not only the best but the most honest establishment that I have dealt with in over 20 years. I drove from Massachusetts up through the mountains to pick up a pool in boxes. Was fully trusting of the establishment and loaded everything up and drove home. I got back to Foxboro left everything in the minivan and waited for folks to come and set it up. All parts were there.
