This is a gem of a Post Office and everyone is always helpful and kind!!! I have seen this team be patient and friendly with some pretty tough customers, they go above and beyond.

RUDE post masters working giving me attitude after asking why my total went up almost $5 after she had already told me a total. I asked why and she responded with a very rude and attitude filled comment.

I went to this post office to apply for my passport. Online the hours are posted as 9am-2pm. I walk in at 1:30 and the hours are confirmed as 9am-2pm again. I picked up the application and wait my turn to get to the counter and the woman confirms that the hours for passports is in fact 9am-2pm. She then told me that they only do passports with 2 employees at the counter and since 1 person leaves at 1:15 they can't do passports after 1:15. So I took half the day off from work to get my passport and I was turned away even though I arrived during their posted hours. Waste of my time.

These people don't know a mailbox from a shoebox. They lose mail, including mine and my neighbors', and they misdirect mail to the wrong people constantly. If you call them to sort out a problem, they don't have a single clue. It's like USPS went to McDonald's and asked for the least experienced employees and offered them jobs. Being a nitwit must be one of the prerequisites.
