I know it's been said multiple times already, but this firm NEEDS to improve their responsiveness. We aren't working with them because we tried twice to contact them to see if they can handle our tricky tax return. It's been weeks, and we're STILL waiting on someone to return our call. If you're overbooked, just let people know you aren't taking any more clients, so they aren't sitting around waiting for you to never return their call. Better to know in advance, I guess.

They took my tax information and then didnt contact me again. I called and asked to speak to my accountant but the secretary told me theyre busy. I asked why they were late with my taxes and she said we have a lot of clients so apparently I shouldnt expect them to get to me in time? I asked for help with an extension at least and she said Id have to pay them extra to file for an extension. Now my taxes are late and Im scrambling to find another accountant. Never again!
