Helpful, efficient customer service. Professional and friendly. The car was in clean and in excellent working condition. I've rented vehicles from Enterprise many times over the years, and their customer service and vehicle quality has been unfailingly excellent. I highly recommend Enterprise.

Very friendly and very easy to work with. They picked me up from my house, and I was home with a rental car within 30 minutes. Amy worked very hard to make sure I had my car ready to go before bringing my child to a doctor appointment. Everyone, from the guy who picked me up, to the guy who helped me get the car, to Amy over the phone were very personable and professional. One star taken off because of Enterprise regulations about using a debit card. Not anything to do with this location. Great staff, thank you!

Never rent at this place. We booked a big SUV (Ford Edge or similar) but got a Hyundai Kona that was really small and not the category we booked and payed for. Not only we were forced to pay the full price for a smaller and cheaper car, they also added a lot of fees that were not stated at the reservation, and we were forced to pay or we wouldnt get any car.
