        What a bunch of crooks. If you make a claim they boot you off your policy? Isn’t that what insurance is for?? In case something, you know... happens. Not to mention they never call back, they process claims and concerns at a snail pace you might think it is 1950 and they lack all capacity to use modern technology. I wanted to like MetLife. Really, I did. Their customer service reps all have a midwestern charm, albeit an ignorance of all of their companies policies and or explanations for said policies. #teamgeico
