Lack of information given. Directed or being directed to utilize or access what is needed to move further would have been more helpful as I have created a song with progressive hoping to progress and move forward I'm still kind of waiting on assistance.

Only went here with my daughter to pick up her check from hitting a curb from black ice .car is all fixed from Handys downtown. A little pricey there .

I've been with progressive for 14 years and had a good policy and rate. But it has become nothing but a headache. 1st my policy was canceled without any notification I then fixed the issue but apparently the issue resulted in them taking all of my discounts and added and extra $200 a month to my bill. And then tried charging another $80 for not
wanting to give them another card.

Very slow response. My car had a tree fall on it. It's been over two weeks to get someone to call me about my claim. It will be three weeks before an adjuster comes to see the damage. I'm glad we had two cars. Mine is not drivable.
