Mark was extremely helpful the whole way through my journey to finding a house. When I originally set out on my journey, I wasn't quite ready with my credit to start the house search, so instead we took a deeper dive into how I can increase my credit score before circling back a year later. I took away some great tips and was able to see a significant boost to my credit score. Once I started looking at houses, Mark was quick about what my max offers as well as different loan options would look on each house I looked at. After I had an offer accepted, he then helped me understand what all of the varied numbers on some of the more complicated documents all meant and how it would all impact closing costs. I can't say enough about how much stress Mark saved me during this process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy their next house!

Wow! What an amazing experience. This was a quick closing and Mark and his team were able to make everything happen and meet all of the aggressive deadlines outlined in our purchase and sale agreement. In fact, he was able to provide us with our commitment letter within three days of our application. Further, the title company expressed how impressed they were with Mortgage Financial in general and their efficiency in preparing all of the closing and funding documents. I highly recommend Mark and would work with him again anytime.
