We were contracted by Jay's wife Erica to replace some fixtures to include a new faucet they had picked out and purchased. Once installed it did not operate as they would like. We went and got another faucet and installed it, it did the same thing. We went to the showroom where the faucet was purchased at and were shown that, that is how this particular item operates. It was not a defect. His wife whom hired us had specific things she wanted done, Mr. Strauss was confrontational with our employees for not doing certain things that he assumed were getting done but his wife said not to do. The communication between the two of them as to what was and was not supposed to be done made Mr. Strauss not happy as he felt we did not do all that was needed, yet we were complying with what his wife wanted. I am sorry that Mr. Strauss felt it was necessary to write a review 6 months after the fact but the work was done as it was supposed to be done and we cannot control the outcome of a fixture you purchased. Should you had any additional items that were not working as they should we warranty our work for the first year and would have happily returned and made whatever was not right to them, right as we strive to make all our customers happy.
