        Called and made an appt for an estimate. called to confirm on the day of the appt because it was raining and he rescheduled to the following Monday. Rearranged my schedule to be available, but he was a no show and failed to return my phone call when I called and left a voicemail to ask if there was another change. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Pitiful customer service.
