Received a letter that payment was due on the 10th. Trash cans were removed on the 5th of that month with no warning. My husband is a former employee, and I think they were just being petty. Also, they employ racist people that disparage minority groups and use the N word. Very unfortunate that that's the culture. I recommend giving your money to a different company if possible.

A hint of snow on the road and they dont show. I get it that the roads can get slippery in the mountains and you cant risk safety. But they day they didnt show and the road was fine. My pickup in two wheel drive setting cruised it. Ive had multiple times they didnt show and I didnt want another winter wondering if they could do their job. When they didnt come in mid November on a Thursday, they told me they would be there tomorrow, Friday. Of course they didnt make it, which I found out late after returning from work. On Monday I called and they said they would be back in two weeks, which was Friday after Thanksgiving, and to leave the cans out. I told Eric, the boss I think, that I wasnt willing to do that as one time they told me to leave the trash out after missing a pickup, the bears strew the trash all over my lawn. I asked for my money back for the month of November as they bill forward on the month. He said no as it was my fault we wouldnt be around after Thanksgiving. So to review, poor service, rude owner/manager, and charging top dollar. I just wanted a refund for November as I took my trash to the dump myself, and tried to go away nicely. They decided that even though they didnt provide their service, I wasnt allowed a refund. Nice piece of accountability.
