        They had thre weeks to get ready for my truck. They canceled once were going to cancel a second time due to not having parts. Told them we needed it they drove to pick up parts and still didnt work and had to bring it back. Provided them with pics of plow I had and model number and serial number Will not do anything more

        We brought our 2021 Rockwood travel trailer in to check the axles due to uneven tire wear. Nick and his mechanic inspected the axles and determined they were bent. Nick contacted Dexter and got them to warranty the axles, not labor. They received the axles and installed them the same day!! I never thought about warranty until they brought it up! This is the type of service you just don't get anymore. I recommend this store for anyone looking for their trailer needs! Thanks Nick and your team for taking care of us!
