        Hilary is absolutely wonderful!! She knows how to cut curly hair, and lighten blonde hair with a soft touch. Not to mention she is such a pleasure to talk to. Getting a haircut can be nerve wracking, but she makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed at Tulip and Tonic. Thank you, Hilary!!!! Ill be back soon :)
