Buyer beware, not a 5 star review, almost swindled. We drove 60 miles RT on a Thursday to look at a DR rototiller in the showroom, we were told they had 3 or so brand new ones in boxes in their warehouse and would assemble one for us. We came back on Monday with our trailer to pick it up, another 60 miles RT. When we got there we noticed the showroom model was gone, we were told it had been sold on Friday but they assured us we were getting a new one out of the box. After we cashed out, paid full price, we drove the trailer around back to get the rototiller. Lo and behold, there was the showroom model - same tape residue on the left handle, sun bleached paint, dent in the tine cover, and rusty bolts. We were shocked at the audacity, complete untruthfulness, and the fact that they were trying to sell us a shop-worn machine for full price! The salesman mumbled, I guess my inventory was off, when just a few minutes ago he had said we were getting a new one. It was almost too bizarre to believe. We got our money back and left. First and last trip to this store.

Great staff. Helpful all the way. Explained the baker staging I rented and how many components I would need. Was very careful of my dad's truck. Something happened with billing and they followed up very kindly so we could make it right.

Picked up a utility dolly on a Friday at 4:30 and tried to return it the next day but missed the return time by 5 min. Ended up paying $50 total because of it. And it had some sort of oil on it that got all over my clothes. Very disappointing experience to say the least. Was going to talk to them about purchasing a riding mower but wont now.
