I feel like this review could be 3 pages long. The Team at IPJ is absolutely amazing! From the community projects and fundraisers they support, to the most professional and efficient realtors and staff in the area! They are the only choice for your real estate needs. When it was time to sell my lake home, Courtney was on top of her game. She coordinated every step of the process and had my home under contract in less than a week! The entire team at IPJ takes care of absolutely everything! If you are looking to buy or sell, give them a call. You wont regret it!

We had a very positive experience working with Amey and her broker assistant, Levi. Amey's knowledge of the Middlebury area and expertise in purchasing residential land was valuable in our search. She spent as much time as we needed hiking through the land, answering our questions until we were satisfied.When we were unsure about a property, Levi took a video for us before we traveled to the property, which was very much appreciated. Though it took a bit of time and patience, we ultimately found a property that we are looking forward to living on someday! Amey looks like a kind, friendly person and she is! She has a fun sense of humor, and most importantly, she knows the real estate business! And she always responded in a timely manner!! We highly recommend her and her team!

I have done a lot of real estate transactions and I can honestly say that Sarah Peluso and her assistant Levi were hands down the best realtors I have ever dealt with. From the first phone call to the closing they were there for me every minute, gave me invaluable advice and promptly answered every question I had! The best! I now own my dream home!
