It's Dunkin you know what you're getting. It's not great but better than your other options. Drive thru line can be long and slow.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We order bagel bite and they were not cooked at all and we're cold, sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich was nasty because they burnt the bread, didn't melt the cheese, and the bacon was not cooked fully. The service has gone down hill and they have no concept of time what so ever. Yeah they get busy but they take their sweet time getting the orders out to customers. I get it times are hard and people need help, but that is when you as employees should step up and take your job seriously and not act like a child about it. Your service today was awful and very impatient and slow beyond belief. Milton Vermont dunk is not a place I will recommend to anyone ever again. They used to do great and now they suck. Also when someone says a chai latte that doesn't mean add oat milk in it. That was nasty beyond anything. I think your employees need better training and the lady in the purple fuzzy hoodie shouldn't be sitting there on her phone doing nother and I hope she washed her hands after taking the trash out.

If the little red head is still working please put her back on drive thru, lately it has been a mess. They can never get my coffee right and the young man who has been at the window in the morning when I go through seems to usually be on his phone while I prefer dunkin coffee I guess I will be going to McDonalds in the morning to avoid the long wait.

The insides ordering is closed and the drive through makes it very hard to get coffee at anytime of day. It take a very long time for them to even take your order. If your stopping at this location expect a 20-30 minute wait.

Knowing how much business this store gets every weekend you would think they would know how to keep it stocked. Every time I order they dont have something. Ive been ordering here in store and by mobile orders for years and the service isnt getting better only worse. Step up your game Dunkin.
