    This was a kind of difficult company to deal with until we met Max Richards. Max is absolutely honest, reliable and he is also a funny dude. If you need a car in Vermont you should insist on dealing with Max as he has the integrity that so many of these places lack. He made the whole experience good in the end. Highly recommend.

    You will not get what you want but you will get dishonesty and overcharged. Avoid of you can!!! We went to Killington for a ski trip. We booked a ford bronco over a month in advance. 2 days before the trip we receive an email stating no bronco available you can choose fire explorer or jeep. We chose explorer since Hans told us it was larger (we have a family of 4). We arrive at the airport and there was a jeep waiting for us. Red flag number 1. As soon as we started moving and I hit the brakes the brake rotors were clearly warped as the car vibrated. Red flag 2. Then when there was a change of plans for our flight we needed to get a different drop off location. I was told it would be $100 for the new return location. I then received an email stating it was $200. When I checked my credit card it was charged for $350!!!!!!! After bringing this to their attention they did nothing. Avoid them if you can.

    Pickup time was 8AM. Nobody showed up until almost an hour later. Car was dead. Second car was covered in heavy snow and ice. No snowbrush anywhere. I cancelled as I would not have made my appointments in time. Company is based in the Philippines and do a very poor job!

    Rented a car while visiting Vermont and our car having trouble. They agreed to have the car brought to us so we agreed on waiting for 45mins as they said they would drop it off. They brought the car after 1.5hrs left it parked with out telling us any car information and it wasnt until I called again to find out where they had left it that they finally told us where it was. Then they charged me for extra mileage on the suv they rented us on the first day we got it even before I drove it. When I called to get the mileage charged removed they mentioned it was their policy which they failed to mention when I first booked the rental. They said a manager would call me back which never happened. Looking at it today there is now two additional charges on my account. So four total charges. I am unhappy with the service and knowing they have my credit card info and are using it to charge for other vehicles without my permission is very worrisome. When trying to call they answer and put me on hold until the call drop. I would stay away and head to enterprise. Which is what I did after returning their vehicle. I feel that me telling them I was from out of state has made them do some shady business with my information and card now. I would stay away. I attached a photo to show everyone that they said it was for mileage via messages and now the "owner " is saying a pick up and drop fee and a smoke charge. This is clearly a scam and a money grab from an unprofessional company doing shady things.

Hi Mark. I’m sorry for your troubles, and that you were unable to access your vehicle. But I can assure you we are not based in the Philippines period. We are located in Rutland Vermont. In your particular case, you requested a vehicle delivered to a remote airport in the Adirondacks, that vehicle was delivered during a snowstorm as requested. However, we don’t have staff on site for delivered vehicles at remote locations.

Hi Steve,I’m not sure who you spoke to, but it certainly wasn’t the owner. Our calls are handled by our call center. Regarding security deposits, they are automatically refunded two weeks after the reservation is complete and all the electronic tooling has been received. I can’t find your reservation since your last name is not displayed, but if you can go to the email you received from us at the time of your reservation and hit reply. I’d be happy to check on the status of your security deposit for you.

I was able to find your reservation, however, there were no charges related to mileage overage on your account. What I do see is a smoking violation fee. We have a strict no smoking rule and so does Enterprise. In total you have four charges, the base rental fee, a vehicle delivery fee to your location, a vehicle pickup fee from Enterprise and a smoking fee. If you have any further questions please use the manager contact information on the bottom of your email receipt.
