        Every time we order parts from the store and go to pick something up, it turns into a project they never received the order. They cant find the part, someone misplaced it! Time for a new management!

        We lost a wheel bearing on the highway heading intoVermont, and man I tell ya, Dave was a real lifesaver. I know he was only doing his job, but he didn't have to help us out as much as he did, but he did, with pleasure. Our situation could have been so much worse. Mark, thanks for helping us out, it was so very much appreciated!

      Are you buying through NAPA Online and picking it up at the store? We will share this with the store and see if there is something that can be done differently to have this not continue to happen. We appreciate the feedback so we can address this.We discussed this with the store and they explained you were buying a 30lb canister of freon which requires a certificate on file that we do not have. That is a federal requirement and law so we have to have a copy on file.
