If people show up at closing time, either say "sorry we're closed" or help without loudly complaining to each other that "we closed 10 minutes ago". Also, update your hours on Google because more people than you think use that as a guide for hours.

Just got verbally assaulted and told I was trespassed for asking if they can speed up the 3 hour wait they gave us.... we walk back in and the lady says here you go it's been ready for 5 minutes with the worst attitude possible. So I can't have a conversation about you giving me attitude and wonder why it just took you 5 minutes to prepare it when you said it would be 3 hours!! I feel like my rights have been violated due it being zero confrontation on my behalf, like sure trespass me for paying you money

How does one report a problem, as regards receiving the final Covid booster shot at greedy Kinney Drugs of St. Johnsbury--this at a cost of a whopping $190? Don't shop there unless it's the last pharmacy on Earth. When l went in person LAST OCTOBER to set up an appointment, l was told this was impossible because the older vaccines/boosters had not been used and this would have to occur before any new batches arrived, so no way to book an appointment. At that time, l was NOT INFORMED about time-frames for expiration of existing Covid vaccination services, or informed that there would, in future, be a charge. This is a sneaky bit of business on the part of Kinney. I was told l could go online today and to print out a voucher that would cover the cost of the shot. How many seniors--like me-- do not have a fully-equipped office in their home consisting of a computer, a printer and God knows what else, then having to return to set up yet another appointment and finally , return again for yet another to get a single, simple shot and not go broke in the process.

We wanted to know why it would take 3 hours for the script to be filled and the lady was rude at the very beginning. And in the end they got it ready but she had to make a point by saying "it's been ready for 5 minutes" with a snarky tone adding to our discomfort wondering why we are being insulted for giving them 5 minutes and coming back in. It is the nice thing to do since you said you were "busy" which every pharmacy says. But in the end I asked how could you get it ready so fast if you told us 2 hours? Very disrespectful human being that can't control her emotions. Let me know if I am trespassed for you inconveniencing us and essentially lying to us by giving us excuses. Sorry we don't want to wait 3 hours for you to count drugs and put them in a bag. I was very nice at the beginning so don't keep making up excuses. I'd really love to know If you are attempting to trespass a customer that asked your employee a question
