We used John for our home inspection. He was friendly, accommodating and most importantly very knowledgeable. John answered all of our questions and got us his report very quickly to keep us moving through the process. I would 100% recommend John if you are looking for a home inspector.

I highly recommend C3 Property Inspections. I contracted with C3 for a home inspection and a complete water report, and Johns work was incredibly thorough and professional. The water report provided was comprehensive, and John conducted the assessment in a timely and meticulous manner. Despite the rough weather on a winter January day, John stayed outside for over an hour, inspecting every detail of the house before moving on to the interior inspection. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided by C3.

I am a first-time homebuyer and I recently hired John to do an inspection on a house I was looking to buy in Island Pond. I learned so much just walking (and sometimes crawling/shuffling/crouching) through the 124 year-old house with him from bottom to top! His report is thorough and he has been great about answering all of the follow up questions I have had about the place. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

John recently inspected a remote, off-grid cabin that my wife and I are hoping to purchase. First, John was very friendly, prompt, and professional from start to finish. He accommodated us without issue as we tried to fit the inspection into a tight schedule that day. We really appreciated how easy John made the process for us -- from our initial inquiry, to the inspection itself, to our follow-up questions afterward. He is very responsive and cares about his work, which are not qualities that seem to be easy to find in the services sector these days. John communicated very well during the inspection (as others have noted) and was happy to explain in detail any of the issues he observed. His written report was well-structured and easy to follow, though we felt a couple of subsections could have used a little more detail for the record. That is really our only criticism (so maybe view this as a "4.7 star" rating, as Google does not seem to allow fractional stars). Overall, we really valued John's input, responsiveness, and willingness to discuss his and our observations at length. We recommend C3 Property Inspections without hesitation.
