        I had a great experience here! Mark in the service department handled my vehicle issue with professionalism and kept me up to date as it was diagnosed and then fixed. I understand that vehicle repairs can be costly but they did everything to keep it down and their transparency made me feel confident I was in good hands.

        Truck went in for inspection today just turning 39,000 miles and they told me I need 3041.63 in work done to get the inspection. Mind you they had to replace the top of my engine 12,000 miles ago as they forgot to put oil back in after the oil change. And while replacing the top of the engine they didnt hook up all the hoses and the truck over heated multiple times. Finally Dodge customer service sent us the Littleton to get it corrected which they did great but you cant go out of State for an inspection. My case has now been sent to Dodge customer service again. Nothing but a nightmare and I will never recommend anyone go here.

        I dropped off my vehicle at 10:30 in the morning on a Tuesday for an oil change and interior detail. My vehicle was beyond filthy from my dog, kids and living in Vermont with dirt roads. My service advisor Marshall was professional, honest and courteous of my time. I received a call at 3:30 that same day that my vehicle was ready. I arrived and was completely shocked at the transformation. Not only did they go above and beyond with the interior cleaning, they washed the exterior without any extra charge and made sure everything looked like the first day that I drove it off the lot. The technician that cleaned it, named Ghutemberg did the most thorough cleaning job and my vehicle was almost unrecognizable! I'm going to have a hard time letting my dog and kids back in the car! :) Highly recommend this dealership and service department and very pleased with their honest and friendly service.
