Jay provides outstanding service! He continued to make adjustments to our plan until we were completely satisfied. He made multiple trips to our house to check progress, and he met with the landscape contractor several times to answer questions and ensure we were happy with the progress. He is easy to work with, very flexible, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine taking on a project of this size without his help. I was referred to Jay Miller through my landscape construction company and I was so happy our paths have crossed. I worked closely with Jay for about 8 months designing and architecting my landscape renovation project. He paid attention to every detail and proposed multiple solutions to challenges that were present during the design phase. He was there to help us select hardscape product, was there to pick our plantings, and frequented our property while construction was underway to ensure everything was progressing as planned.
