Been there twice. Both times very friendly staff and helpful.

I scheduled a covid booster over the phone last Monday a 9/26 5:45 appointment at the st. Johnsbury Kinneys. I showed up on time and they told me my name was't on the list. Totally incompetant people who can't even schedule an appointment! The short blonde woman was very rude and unhelpful. She acted so put out when she had to go check to see if there were "extra" doses. Of course she said there wasn't and the proceeded to give my appointment to the person who came in after me. The only reason I drove all the way to St. Johnsbury is because I will be travelling and needed the booster before I left.Corporate needs to do some training with these incompetant, rude people so they can at least get the appointments they schedule to show up on the computer screen. I will never go back there again. They don't even deserve the 1 star because they suck.

Lisa Cushman at the pharmacy is a bully ,which is weird, and decides when and if she wants to help you. No acknowledgment to a waiting customer that exists simply to pick up a prescription . Even worse was the treatment at the drive thru.

Very professional and kind people. Understand people are not made of money and use coupons for medications, that are not paid for by insurance.
