        We had a wonderful experience at the Arbors. Staff is well trained, compassionate and very kind. Staff is very dedicated to patient comfort and communicate really well with patients and families. They work hard to make sure patient's needs are met. Loved the concierge physician and on-site physical therapy options. Facility is very clean and well kept. Food was very good. This is my second experience with a Benchmark facility, and I would highly recommend the Arbors and Benchmark to anyone.

        When the need arose to find a place for my father, I knew the Arbors was the one that absolutely fit everything our family needed for him. It shines in it's "home-like" feel. This truly is my father's house now and visiting him there is such a joy. The staff are kind, considerate, loving and attentive to all needs of daily cares, activities, cleaning, dining and food. Everyone there makes me feel like family along with him and I could not ask for anything more!

        It is remarkable that the staff from Maintenance through to Medical Staff seem to have a reasonable understanding of our resident's situation, likes, dislikes, foibles, etc., all in what could be an endlessly chaotic situation, but rather it is reasonably calm and well managed 24/7. It takes a special kind of person on the staff to make this a reality. They seem to have figured out a way to find and keep such people at The Arbors.
