I stop weekly before work because it's clean, quick and delicious. Sara makes my mornings more pleasant and always is friendly and professional. She deserves a big raise! I'm glad I stopped instead of driving by like I normally did. Now it's a regular visit from me! Did mobile order. Ordered a iced coffee (took 15 minutes just to make the iced coffee, and it wasnt made right). Food order was an avocado toast and biscuit bites (took another 15 minutes to make), only to not get the biscuit bites. When I asked, the employee simply answered Oh, we dont have that. Why would you hand me my order and not inform me that everything I ordered is not in the bag/available until AFTER I checked to make sure my order was correct? And then give me attitude when I ask to either get refunded for a order I ALREADY PAID FOR or to get another item of the same value?! Extremely slow service, clueless and confused employees, mediocre food. I wont be returning to this Dunkin.
